Why growing companies bring in a recruitment partner
Hiring under investor pressure with a small team? Nikita on when a specialist partner saves you time.
How we work
Every search follows the same considered method, from the first conversation about the role to the day your new hire joins. Here is what happens at each stage, how we engage and how fees are agreed.
A Stellaspire search
The method
You work with the same people from the first brief to the final offer. Each stage has a clear output, so your team always knows what has been done and what comes next.
Share a role brief →
A structured conversation about the business objective, responsibilities, required capability, team context, location, compensation range and the reasons the right candidate would join. Output: an agreed role brief.
A focused search across relevant industries, companies, locations and adjacent talent pools, with early feedback on availability and pay expectations. Output: a market view and search plan.
Personal outreach to suitable candidates, followed by interviews on capability, motivation, availability and fit with your team and culture.
A shortlist of candidates we would stand behind, each with a written summary of strengths, gaps and motivation. Every shortlist actively includes qualified women candidates.
We schedule interviews, collect feedback from both sides quickly, and help align the offer with the candidate's expectations and your range.
We stay in touch with the candidate through notice period and onboarding, so the person who accepts is the person who joins.
The thinking behind a search
A strong shortlist starts with a better understanding of the role.
We would rather send you fewer, better-matched profiles than a long list to sort through. That means more time understanding the role before the search, and more time assessing each candidate before they reach your team.
About Stellaspire →Engagement models
We recommend a model after the first conversation, based on the role and how many hires you need.
Single roles
For specialist and mid-senior roles. A fee is payable only when a candidate we introduce joins your organisation.
Leadership
For CFOs, function heads, GCC leaders and confidential hires that need a dedicated, research-led search with a market map.
Team builds
For new teams or centres hiring several roles at once, with a dedicated recruiter and a shared hiring plan.
Fees and terms
There are no surprises. Before any search begins, we share the commercial terms in writing and confirm them with you.
What we need from you
A few things from your side make the biggest difference to the speed and quality of the shortlist.

Process questions
A recruitment agency agrees a role brief with the employer, searches and assesses candidates, presents a shortlist, and coordinates interviews and offers. The employer pays the agency; candidates do not.
Fees depend on the role, seniority, number of positions and engagement model. We share the commercial terms in writing before beginning an employer mandate.
In contingency search, a fee is payable only when a candidate joins. Retained search is a dedicated, research-led engagement for senior or confidential roles, with fees agreed in stages.
Yes. Replacement terms are agreed in writing as part of the engagement, before the search begins.
No. Stellaspire never charges candidates. Our fees are paid by the hiring organisation.
Tell us about the role and the challenge. We will recommend the right search approach and share our terms.
