Can you hire a full pod rather than single roles?
Yes. A pod of four to ten people runs as one dedicated engagement, with one recruiter and a weekly pipeline review.
Which Indian cities suit US-hours engineering teams?
Bengaluru and Hyderabad have the deepest pools for US hours, Pune suits retention and cost, and Chennai suits platform work.
Can engineers overlap with US hours?
A 2pm to 11pm IST day is normal and covers most of the East Coast morning; full overnight shifts narrow the pool and add 15 to 25 percent to cost.
