Are you a finance recruitment agency in Bangalore?

Yes. We are based in Bengaluru and also recruit for finance roles in other major Indian cities.

How are fees structured?

Fees depend on the role, seniority, number of positions and engagement model. Terms are shared in writing before the search begins.

Do you hire chartered accountants, CMAs and CPAs?

Yes. We hire qualified and part-qualified chartered accountants, cost accountants and ACCA or CPA-qualified professionals, with technical screening on the area they will own, such as audit, tax, treasury or consolidation.

How do you screen finance candidates?

We screen technically against the actual work, such as month-end close, forecasting models or statutory filings, then run structured interviews. We share what we tested before the shortlist reaches you.

Do you offer contingency and retained search for finance roles?

Yes. Single finance roles are usually contingency. Leadership roles such as head of finance are usually retained. Terms are agreed in writing before the search starts.
